Jake Taylor: SEAL Team Three Master Instructor; 19 years of service (U.S. Navy). 2001 ACHIEVEMENTS * Deployed three times to the Middle East with Seal Team Three. * Leading Petty Office (LPO) of Seal Team Three Platoon directing two squads of seven platoon members in counter terrorism and surveillance. * Taught and trained Special Forces in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain in demolitions, weapons and tactics. * Trained Seals in advanced shooting skills, marksmanship, intelligence gathering and stalking targets concurrently with instructor duty at Navy Seal Sniper School. * Trained Operational Seals in Advanced Tactics in Fast Roping, Rappelling, Cast and Recovery from helicopters. Static Line and Free Fall Jump Master. * Expert in all weapons utilized in Navy Special Warfare Master Qualification for the disciplines of: Cast and Recovery, Rappelling, Fast roping, and SPI-Rigging.

J. E. Huffman Sr; International Director of new Products, Research & Development, Purchase, Training, Planning and Implementation for DOD, DHS, USG and OGA to include but not limited to, Proactive, Offensive, Response on Anti and Counter Terrorism Units, High Risk Protection Operations, TSCM and ELINT. He is a consultant for the Southeastern Division of RIEGEL & Associates LLC for proposals and applications of equipment. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Huffman is an independent consultant with the United States Government, providing security assessments, training, and operations worldwide including matters of national security and critical infrastructure projects and operations exceeding $40,000,000 in more than 20 countries. Mr. Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, and is a Diplomat of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute (ACFEI), the world's largest forensic membership association.

He is certified in Homeland Security at Level-V (CHS-V), the highest designation granted to Homeland Security professionals by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security and is ATAB Certified as a Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist by the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board.

 Isabelle Horrocks: CFO Riegel & Associates, She has worked in the accounting and financial arena for the last 23 years. Graduating with an Associates Degree in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Salt Lake Community College, Additionally, she obtained a certification in Web Site design. This has made her an asset in creative marketing projects. Born in Belgium, Isabelle is bilingual in French and English. In the last 23 years, she has worked 5 years in Public Accounting, 12 years in accounting in the corporate arena. She has been involved in all aspect of accounting including budgeting, financial forecasting, financial proposals and getting startup companies licensed and registered with the Federal and State agencies.
